WEDDINGS

Tying the Knot

We have had the privilege of photographing lots of weddings – and each one is just as special and unique! We love being a part of something so important and documenting natural moments of joy. We would love to come join you for your big day and have the privilege of capturing your treasured memories. We’re really focused on getting to know you, so hanging out over a cuppa (we like tea… a lot) is important! Getting to know you as individuals makes wedding days even more special, and makes the editing stage more personal. You are not just a date in the diary, you’re important to us and we’re so honoured to tell your story.

Things you might want to know

Where can I find prices?

We can send you out our lovely wedding brochure which details our packages and costings. Drop us an email, or click below on ‘Wedding Brochure’ and we’ll be in touch with you asap.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yup! We do indeed take a deposit on booking, this simply means you can rest assured that your date is in our diary.

How do you decide which candid photographer is coming for my day?

We have a team of photographers (the dream team!) and when you book your date in, we choose whoever we think will suit you best, who is free on the day and who is nearest to your location. You will always have Eilidh as a photographer alongside your ES candid.

Do you travel?

Yesseroo. We really love Scotland, but we do travel further afield. Don’t hesitate to get in contact with wild and wacky locations! We do however charge for travel expenses, so please contact us to ask for an estimate for your wedding.

How would you describe your style?

We love all things natural and candid. Our style is very much ‘catching the moment’, but we also make sure we’re documenting joy rather than just over-posed shots. Joy, joy and more joy… yeah, we like joy!

Do your photographers need fed on the day of our wedding?

If you’re booking Oak - Yes please! We typically get our first break when you sit down for your dinner, so we’re a little hungry by this point. It’s best if you can organise for us to sit in a room nearby and feed us whatever you would like to feed us! We’ll let you know if there are any food requirements.

Can we FaceTime instead of meeting?

Absolutely. For some of you, you might live further afield than central Scotland - so we can definitely organise a FaceTime or Skype session to chat through your details and get to know you.

How long do I wait for my photos to be sent to me?

Your photos will be sorted, edited and made stunning… and then sent back to you in no longer than two months.

How do my photos arrive with me?

Your photos will arrive in the post (postage cost included in your overall package cost), in a large box, filled with a few things to make you smile.

Can I order a photo album afterwards?

Yes. We like to produce hardback, high quality photo books for you to enjoy after your wedding date; and there is no rush. You can get back to us at any point to organise the design and printing of an album. Enjoy looking through your photos and get back to us when you’re ready.

Can we have a couple of sneak peek photos for thank you cards?

We love our couples asking us this. The answer is YES.

How do I go about booking you?

Eeee. How exciting! All you need to do is drop us an email here and make sure and fill in the blanks. We’ll be in touch!
